Between the historic Zuiderzee cities Hoorn and Medemblik and v.v., the steam trams run from village to village across the countryside. The Friesland museum ship sails across the IJsselmeer between Medemblik and Enkhuizen and v.v.
Take a day trip through this historic triangle and visit Tram Station Hoorn! At the atmospheric tram station you go back 100 years in time. Take a look at the exhibition De Tijdline, the signal box and the locomotive depot. In the Bello Atelier, the tram for Bello is restored. Special rides and events are also organized.
Catering can be provided on board the steam tram and boat: from a cup of coffee to lunches. The day trip can be perfectly combined with a visit to another museum, for example the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen.
