Information for tour operators

Heritage above Amsterdam offers tour operators a flexible range of cultural group programmes in North Holland. You can combine venues that are within easy reach of one another and book the programme through a single point of contact.

The programme is suitable for day trips, coach tours and programmes for international groups. We tailor the itinerary to the season, the group size and the time available. You choose the locations and activities that suit your group. Based on this, we draw up a bespoke proposal.

Easily accessible from Amsterdam

The locations are situated north of Amsterdam and are easily accessible by group transport. This allows you to organise a day trip outside the city without complicated logistics.

You can choose a half-day, a full-day programme or a combination with other activities in the region. As the travel distances are short, the programme remains straightforward and easy to plan.

What guided tours are available?

The venues are equipped to cater for groups from both the Netherlands and abroad. Guided tours and presentations are available in Dutch, English and German. At many venues, guided tours are available, for example through guides, audio tours or interactive presentations.

The format depends on the programme and the group’s preferences. Some visits focus on observing and listening. Other parts invite visitors to get involved themselves.

Logistics for coach groups

Most venues have parking facilities for coaches. As the venues are close to one another, routes are easy to plan.

If necessary, we split large groups into smaller ones. We’re happy to help you work out a logical sequence, realistic time slots and allow sufficient time for breaks, refreshments and travel.

Tips for a smooth programme

Choose activities that flow logically into one another and suit the group’s pace. Allow plenty of time for breaks, refreshments and travel between venues.

Coordinate time slots with the venues in advance. This ensures the programme remains feasible and prevents activities from being too tightly scheduled. We’re happy to help you put together a programme that suits your group.
